Returns Policy

BBA will allow goods to be returned if they are deemed faulty; are damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped by our warehousing partners. We encourage you to review our products and terms carefully before buying and if you still have questions, please email us at support@bbalogistics.com.au. A replacement product will be provided free of charge including additional shipping costs.

If you have received damaged products, please email support@bbalogistics.com.au within 48hrs of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number.

For items damaged in transit, we will refund the full amount of your purchase (excluding return shipping back to BBA unless we have agreed otherwise) or send a replacement, as long as you do the following:

Return the item to us, in the same 'brand new' condition as you received it, complete with all packaging and within 10 business days after issue of the RMA number.

We regret that we cannot guarantee and authorise the return of an item that is not in its 'brand new' and packaged condition.

Please don’t forget we are unable to refund your order if you change your mind or if your order does not arrive in time. We can guarantee dispatch time but unfortunately cannot control postal carriers and unforeseen delays.
